Richard Brockman appeals the judgment of the district court1 affirming the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) to deny him disability benefits under Title XVI, the Supplemental Security Income Program (SSI), of the Social Security Act. On appeal, Brockman asserts that the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) erred in discrediting his subjective complaints of pain and in failing to develop the record regarding his alleged mental impairment. We affirm.
